Study of value chain acc. to one of the solution

So, the situation is also the same i.e., the most reliable guide is still conductor.

Acc. to given analysis the study says that 75% of public of  Pune prefers and has two-
wheeler that is used in daily purposes and only 0.8% public prefers public transport.
But buses are still the most reliable source after personal vehicles that is preferred.

So, below is the initial map of bus corridors in Pune City that has been added value of
color coding to it.

This is the initial map that shows the major bus depots in it.

So, acc. to the given color code on the map the buses would look like this.

Following is the in-depth map that is completely going to show the routes but except
secondary bus stops weren't added.

Leaks observed in current BRT Lanes and Stations

So, some of the leaks were observed in the BRT corridors during my field research i.e., first I travelled to Alandi Road (Vishrantvadi to Sadal Baba Junction).

Improper Pedestrian Crossing Fitting

Incomplete Ramp Construction

Unclear Bus Docking Markings

No Pedestrian Entrance

Major Obstruction that may cause
the smooth ride of
BRT buses

Absence Of Bus Lane Marking

Then I travelled to Ambedkar Bus Station.

Rumble Strips Without Any Purpose

No Automated Doors Fixed

No Seating Arrangement

Insufficient Light Facility

And then to Kharadi.

Unwanted Midway Opening

Divider And Rumble Strip Causing Obstruction

No Sign Board
